COVID Policy

The hosts of the 2023 Public Health Partnership Conference are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all conference participants. We are working with the Sonesta White Plains staff to implement preventive measures to protect all attendees and reduce the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus at the Conference. We will be following the current CDC recommendations at the time of the event.

Award Nominations

Each year at our Annual Meeting we have the honor of presenting several awards for outstanding service in the field of public health. A nomination form for award recipients will be released in winter 2023. If there is an individual or organization that you would like to nominate for one of the following awards please submit your nomination. The individual or organization that you nominate does not have to be a member of NYSPHA. Click HERE to learn more. 

Continuing Education Credits

The 2023 Public Health Partnership Conference will offer continuing education hours for CHES entry-level credits, MCHES advanced level credits and CPH credits. Total number of hours will be announced in February. Please indicate on your registration form if you will be seeking CHES (and add your CHES number for easy tracking) or CPH credits. These credits are being offered free of charge with your paid registration.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NYSPHA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registration to NYSPHA's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio tapes of such events activities. You may inform us that you object on the registration form. 

Travel & Accommodations

Hotel Information

The event will take place at the Sonesta White Plains in the City of White Plains, NY located in the heart of Westchester County. A conference rate of $142 (the current GSA rate) has been negotiated for all overnight attendees of the conference.
